2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher or retail product from us, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

3. Scope of services

We provide professional hairdressing services, which may include (without limitation) haircuts, blow‑dries, colouring, highlights/balayage, treatments, keratin/smoothing, hair extensions and related services. Availability of specific services, stylists and prices may change without notice.

4. Health, consultations & patch testing

4.1 Consultation. We may require a consultation before some services. Please share relevant medical information (allergies, scalp conditions, pregnancy, medications, previous reactions, etc.).
4.2 Skin/patch tests. A valid patch/skin test is required before colour services where appropriate. New colour clients must complete a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment and repeat testing may be required after extended intervals or brand changes.
4.3 Refusal of service. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a service if we believe it may compromise your health/safety or hair integrity.

5. Booking, deposits & confirmations

5.1 How to book. You may book by phone, in person, or via any online/third‑party booking tools we make available.

5.2 Deposits. For longer or product‑intensive services (for example, colour corrections, keratin/smoothing, hair extensions), a deposit of [insert % or £ amount] may be required to secure your slot. Deposits are deducted from the final bill.

5.3 Appointment confirmations. We may send reminders by SMS/email where you have provided contact details. These are a courtesy only; it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling & no‑shows

6.1 Cancellation window. Please provide at least [insert hours e.g., 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule.
6.2 Late cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than the required notice, we may retain your deposit or charge a late cancellation fee of [insert % or £ amount].
6.3 No‑shows. Failure to attend without notice may incur a no‑show fee of [insert % or £ amount] and future bookings may require prepayment.
6.4 Running late. If you arrive late, we will try to complete your service within the remaining time. We may shorten or rebook your service and charge in full.

7. Prices

7.1 Prices. Our price list is available in‑salon and/or on the Site. Prices may vary by stylist, length/thickness of hair, time required and products used. We will confirm the price before starting where possible.

8. Satisfaction policy, redos & refunds

8.1 Services. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment (“redo”) with the same stylist.
8.2 Eligibility. Redo services are offered at our discretion and may not apply if you changed your mind after the service, failed to follow after‑care instructions, or sought work by another salon after your appointment.
8.3 Refunds. Refunds are not typically offered on services once performed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4 Retail products. Unopened/unused retail products may be returned within [insert days e.g., 14 days] with proof of purchase, unless faulty. Faulty items will be handled in line with consumer law.

9. Hair extensions, smoothing & colour corrections

9.1 Deposits & consultations. These services usually require a consultation and deposit.
9.2 After‑care. Results and longevity depend on correct after‑care. We may recommend specific products; warranty or redo may be void if alternative/non‑recommended products or methods are used.
9.3 Home/previous work. Correcting home colour or previous salon work may require multiple sessions; outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children & minors

9.1 Deposits & consultations. These services usually require a consultation and deposit.
9.2 After‑care. Results and longevity depend on correct after‑care. We may recommend specific products; warranty or redo may be void if alternative/non‑recommended products or methods are used.
9.3 Home/previous work. Correcting home colour or previous salon work may require multiple sessions; outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

11. Personal belongings

Clients under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who provides consent for treatments. We may restrict certain chemical services for minors.

12. Gift vouchers, packages & promotions

12.1 Vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for [insert months e.g., 12 months] from purchase, are non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
12.2 Promotions. Offers cannot generally be combined and may be withdrawn at any time. Specific terms will appear in the promotional material.
12.3 Packages. Prepaid packages are subject to the same cancellation/no‑show terms as standard appointments.

13. Website use

13.1 Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, design) is our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without permission.
13.2 Accuracy. We try to keep information on the Site current, but errors/omissions may occur. Content is provided “as is” without warranties.
13.3 Links. The Site may link to third‑party sites or booking tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13.4 Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content at scale).

14. Privacy & data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information, including for appointment reminders and marketing (where you consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud). Subject to that, we will not be liable for: (a) indirect or consequential loss; (b) loss arising from information you failed to disclose; (c) outcomes affected by hair history/condition or failure to follow after‑care advice.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site/Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes/claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
