As a small salon we hope you can understand that we cannot Afford no-shows or last minute cancellations.
We now have the following cancellation fees:
Before 48 hours – free
Within 48 hours – 50% of booking
Within 24 hours -100% of booking
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will forefit your appointment and booking fee.
We will require a booking fee/deposit for all appointments over an hour, this will be deducted from the final bill.
